The Floxx Breathing app contains a breathing exercise that will help you relieve some stress and monitor your breathing frequency. During an exercise, the app will try to improve your breathing by providing a visual and some background music. The exercise can be used for other functions besides relieving stress such as yoga, meditation and sports. All the settings within the app are adjustable to personalise the exercise entirely to your breathing frequency and you personal needs.
